The Museum Of Ice Cream!

The Museum of Ice Cream! You have probably seen it on Instagram & if you haven’t, then you have most likely been living under a rock this past year. But for those of you who didn’t get a $29 tickets, don’t fret! I went & ate all the stomach ache inducing deserts just so you don’t have too! Well that & I really wanted to see the pool of sprinkles for myself.

A friend of mine said something that reminded me so much of this place. “Growing up is not leaving your childhood behind; it’s learning how to preserve its simple glory and share it with everyone who’s forgotten.” –Rachel Cushman  That is exactly what you will find behind the big pink door at the Museum of Ice Cream!

Desert X – The Circle of Land & Sky

For as long as I can remember art has held a special place in my heart. When I was very young my mom painted the walls of my bedroom to look like a garden. She even painted pretty scenes at my preschool. When I was in elementary school we did The Pageant of the Arts! It was a show the 4th & 5th graders put on. Each kid would get a costume & learn a dance that matched a famous Artist’s painting. A Day On Melrose

Some of my favorite adventures are days spent exploring with friends. I am lucky enough to live close to Los Angeles, CA. With so many exciting things to do, I love taking day trips into the city & checking out fun places. A few weeks ago, a couple friends and I headed to Melrose Ave to celebrate one of their birthdays!
